Refund or Replacement:
We do not encourage returns on products once sold. Please remember it might take some time & patieme to learn to carry your little ones. If you need any assistance with that please feel free to contact us. Exchanges: For products with defects, broken, incorrect items shipped and needs exchange. If the product is presented for exchange then it will be replaced with the product of the same nature. We have a 7 day exchange policy & we reserve the right to refund the order if we do not have any stock left for any particular item requested. Value of the order is refunded as Store Credits or Gift certificate. NO CASH RETURN IS DONE. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Gift Returns: All the above policies apply to products purchased or delivered as Gifts. Incase if you are required to send order back, please follow the below mentioned conditions.
- Product should be unused.
- Product should be returned in the same packaging.
- You are required to send product within one day of return request from klingaru.com with invoice, price tag if any.
- If required apply more packaging to protect product from further damage.
- One side shipment charges are paid by the customer.
Klingaru.com reserves the right at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, like unavailability of product or quantity from supplier, or any unforeseen conditions. Incase, payment is deducted from your account or card, the same amount will be reversed back to your account or card. A promo code once used will not be refunded. Incase of order cancellation from customer, You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed with a deduction of 10% transaction charges. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.Klingaru.com reserves right to accept, reject or hold such request and has full right to decide whether to process the order or refund. Customer agrees to not create a dispute in this matter.
